This is my third blog about Goa  so I was wondering what else can I tell you about it. Hmmm ..... I have few random facts about Goa.

1. Area - Goa is smallest state (area wise) in India.

2. Commute - You can reach here by train .The railway station is in Madgao and Vasco-da-gama.

Other way to reach here is by plane . The airport is in Dabolim Goa.

3. Language - Most of the people in Goa understand and speak ENGLISH but their  native language is KONKANI.

4. Way to Travel - The popular way to roam and travel around in Goa is by taxi which is kind of expensive if you are staying there for longer period.

So there is another option you can rent a bike or car on per day basis. It's kind of cheap and affordable.

5. Hotels - You can get hotels at pretty affordable rate during off season but on season ( October - March) prices are reasonably high .Hence pre book your hotels.

6. Food - You will get awesome sea food here , obviously it is surrounded by sea around you got to have that.But there is no worry for vegetarians because local restaurant serve that too very well.

7. Water Activities - You can go do water sports here like Jett sking, speed boat, scuba diving but only during the peak season . If you are going in off season there is big no to this thing as water level is above danger level specifically in monsoon.

8. Music- You can enjoy Goan Music ,Trans Music , Pop , Jazz etc. I would say every kind of music here because there are lot of clubs and pubs on beach side where so many artist performs from time to time.

9.Tourism - Goa is hub for tourist . Mostly people  earn their livelihood from tourism.

10. Leisue and Pleasure - Don't think too much , just go and enjoy yourself.

Lately away from my daily routine i got a chance to travel to a beautiful state in India called GOA.

The trip was planned by my friends and I was so very excited to visit the place as the place is known for its natural beauty as well it is party animals destination.

 Goa is in southern India . It lies between Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh states.  It is coastal area surrounded by Arabian Sea all around , so expect alot of beaches and get ready to tan. The place remains warm and pleasant all around the year but best time to visit is from October to March.

The moment you enter the place you start falling in love with the place because the road side is full of greenery , beautiful colurful houses that comes in the way. Even the people are nice and friendly.

If you are visiting Goa for the first time it is better that you cover North Goa first and then South Goa as former is more happening and later is calm and peaceful. North Goa has pretty good places to cover like churches  Se Cathedral, Basilica of Bom Jesus etc. There is fort Aguarda. There are so many pretty beaches 

Like Candolim, Vagator,Anjuna, Baga , Calungute, Arambol etc.Baga and Calungute are the crowded and commercial ones . My favourite was Anjuna beach it was a Pebble Beach , there were big Rocks at beach side but the view was spectacular.
