Today i am going to talk about a quality which is considered to be bane for one's personality, but dont worry i will tell you, how you can actualy manage it.
YESSS,... we are talking about ANGER today.
ANGER is an emotion which actualy shows one reaction , when somebody feels offended about something.
Amount of anger showed by person depends on the situation person is in and definately upon the state of mind he is in.
We all, at some point of time show anger when we feel that something wrong has happened to us..
What i think is that ,we should show anger when we feel bad about something, but the point is how much expression of anger is required at that place or in that particular situation??
Generally, when we show anger to people, three things happens, in most situations:
1) They either got upset with us without understanding why we did that..
2) They would get offended and then onwards they avoid us...
3) They laugh at our back..
So, even if we are right we screwed our chances of making them understand why we are upset and what should they do to make our life better..
So how can we put our points in front of them, we can do following things:
1) First, if something bothers you, analyse your situation quickly.If wrong done to you is by stranger in misunderstanding , you just forgive.
2) I know we feel angry at times when people say things at our back, if you really want to give a good reply, then dont say anything directly to those people but tell them indirectly that you don't like what they say. Play with your words in a way that they realise their mistake.
3) If somebody keeps on bothering you always. Its better to talk to them directly by saying that you want to talk .Ask them politely what is the problem . This upfront attitude make them feel a little frightened .There are chances they may deny the fact they have problem with you and will step a back which can work for you.If someone has real issue with you ,they will clear it as you have given them a chance to resolve the issue.
4) If somebody really gets on your nerves, even after talking peacefully that doesnot get improved.Always avoid the place where that person is..as his presence will generate -ve energy in the environment.So you keep yourself cool.Stay with people who like you and love you.
So in all these situation, you didn't wasted your too energy and also you didn't spoiled your reputaion.
