Do you know you are genius.

Genius is a word which we usually associate with a person having High IQ like Albert Einstein, Shakespeare and many more like them.

So what did these legends had that you don't? Big Brains.
No, the  answer is they did the kind of work they were keenly interested in rather than doing a work what others wanted them to do .

They were normal people like us but they had "extra" courage or guts than us.
They pursued a career which matched their personality type and interest unlike most of us who never had courage to pursue our dreams .
The problem is we choose to become "Average" in some other field rather than choosing a profession where we can be "Excellent".

A High Paying Job can definitely pay bills but after certain number of years , it ends up filling an individual with lot of frustration because going to workplace daily where you don't belong may led to mental dissatisfication.

So what should be done to avoid mental frustration of this kind ?

Solution is do what you love in free time .
Don't ever leave what you love doing , whatever it is if you couldn't pursue your career in that field than do it in your free time . It will keep your dreams alive and will give you mental satisfaction.
Work on it in spare time until you start making money from it.
